Scenery cards

I just got my starter kit from Inkylicious and couldn't wait to have a go.  With it you get three ink dusters which are double ended, some fabulous card, four small Memento ink pads and some stamps.  After making the first one I was hooked!  Here are my first two -

They are so quick to make and I started looking up tutorials on Youtube and there are loads to watch.

These are some Christmas ones which I totally cased from Kimber Creations although hers are far nicer than mine.  I need more practice I think!

Made with just three ink pads!  I used Marina Mist, Night of Navy and Mossy Meadow, all by Stampin' Up .

Hope that everybody is enjoying making their Christmas cards!

More Christmas goodies

I've been busy today making cards and bags and things.  Here are a couple of things I've made.

These were made using the Stampin' Up Curvy Keepsake Box again.  I saw these on Pinterest and couldn't resist having a go.     Although they aren't huge, they are big enough to hold a Yankee votive candle.

These were made from an SVG file which I bought from SVG Cuts online.  They are called the Tied Surprise box.  I imported the SVG file into Canvas on line and converted to a *fcm file so that I could use it on my Scan n Cut.  These bags are surprisingly roomy and each holds a bar of handmade soap.

I can't decide what to make next for Christmas - any suggestions?

Christmas cards - I'm in the zone ......

Seems I have time on my hands this weekend so here's more cards for Scope

The first card is a decoupaged card, the sheet being bought from Craftsuprint.  I cut it out on my Brother Scan 'n cut, which is brilliant and makes short work of decoupage.  The smaller card is the Woodware stamp which I've used before, called Bubble Star (I think).

And these cards were cased from a lady on Facebook, made using the Reindeer Snowglobe die from Tattered Lace.   Very easy - in fact, so easy that I made two at the same time and both were done within half an hour.  The snowflake die is a Spellbinders one.

Enjoy your Christmas card making!

Some new cards I've done for Christmas

One of my favourite images, Forever Friends carollers.  Coloured with Spectrum Noir pens.

This is a gift tag, made to go on a "special" gift.  Thus was made using a Stampin' Up die, whose name escapes me at the moment.  The flower is then mounted onto some very glittery silver ribbon which I bought from our local market.

A Christmas card made using a Woodware stamp, Bubble Star,  and "Card Candi".  A quick make, which is very gratifying.

And these were made using a Stampin Up die called Curvy Keepsake box.  One of my all time favourite dies.  If you want to order one you can leave me a comment on here and I will get back to you - I'm a Stampin Up demonstrator.  This die is so versatile (Google "curvy keepsake die" and you'll see what I mean!).
