A new toy

Well, I've gone and done it! This is going to revolutionise my quilt making by ensuring everything is cut properly to size. I hate cutting and rarely do it accurately. Here it is

Not cheap, especially when you consider the shipping to the UK but hey, you only live once, right? I don't know when it will arrive as customs will need to inspect it and there will be tax to pay, I'm sure. Maybe it will be here in time for Christmas! Watch out for some pictures of some stunning creations!

  1. I have had the studio version for a while and it has been great to cut odd shapes like the apple core. I used a triangle to make a quilt also. It is also good for hexagons for Grandmothers flower Garden. Kathy USA

  2. If you decided to be liberated then you wouldn't need it. Liberated quilters don't mind if the points are lopped off, if the seams don't match and the lines are wonky! What's the point of being liberated if you stress about chopped off points.

  3. I just used the Go the other day and I want one. It was so nice to have everything cut the right size and it was a breeze to put together. Keep us posted on your new creations!

  4. I had to pay £76 duty to get it (around $120 US) so it ended up being expensive but I do love it!
